  • President Robert Prezant's Inauguration

    Farmingdale State College Hospitality had the opportunity to cater the inauguration for President Robert Prezant!

  • Roaring 20's Restaurant Night

    The office of Student Engagement hosted a Roaring 20's Murder Mystery Dinner on campus. We collaborated on a themed menu to bring an immersive experience to their guests!

Meet Executive Chef Adam Brach

Chef Adam is from Buffalo, NY, and he is looking forward to bringing his passion for delicious food to Farmingdale. One of his favorite things about the job is cooking for so many students every day. He is excited to meet everyone on staff, the students, and the entire Farmingdale community, while serving great meals with a personal touch.

Menus

To place an order, contact our catering office between 8:30am and 4:30pm at 631-293-2778 . Whenever possible, all catering orders should be placed 7 business days prior to your event. While we make every effort to accompany last minute orders, we cannot guarantee your first choice selections can be fulfilled.

    Designed for the ultimate in convenience, this catering menu offers a variety of freshly prepared snacks, meals and drinks. A few things to note with this menu:

    • All offerings listed require advanced notice for preparation.
    • All items are self-service, to be picked up by the ordering party at a location and time determined upon ordering.
    • All food and beverage orders will be packaged and include appropriate disposable service ware.

    Our team is actively engaging with students across campus to gather input on preferred menu items for events.
